Yes! You are able to earn contributions on the purchase or lease of up to 5 Routans through this program.
5. What if I'm unable to find my Upromise VW Savings Code?
If you're unable to locate your Upromise VW Savings Code please contact Upromise Customer Care at 888.434.9111 and we'll provide you with this number. Remember, only purchases of VW Routans from dealer stock made by September 30, 2008 will be eligible to receive Upromise contributions, so call today for your Upromise VW Savings Code.
6. Why does it take up to 6-8 weeks after vehicle purchase and delivery for my contribution to post in my account?
In some cases, it may take up to 6 weeks for VWGoA to send transaction information to Upromise. As a result, it may take up to 8 weeks for us to post a contribution as "pending" in your account.
7. Why does it take up to an additional 45 days for my contribution to be deposited into my Upromise account?
Upromise credits your account as "funded" after we receive payment from our partner company. It typically takes about 45 days for companies to be invoiced and payment to be received.
8. Do I have to use a registered credit or debit card to earn college savings with VWGoA?
No. The use of a registered credit or debit card is not required to earn college savings with this partner.
9. Am I able to purchase a Routan on www.vw.com?
No. You must buy a Routan from a U.S. Volkswagen dealer in order to earn a contribution from VWGoA.
10. Does Volkswagen share with Upromise the personal information I may give them?
VWGoA and Upromise will only share information necessary to ensure that your account is accurately credited for any contribution you are eligible for.
