1. How can I earn a $50 contribution in my Upromise account with DIRECTV?
It's easy. First, visit DIRECTV online or call them at 866-409-2221 and purchase any DIRECTV base programming package. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a DIRECTV account number, which you must then register with Upromise within 60 days of the original purchase date in order to receive $50 in your Upromise account. Finally, you MUST activate your service to receive a contribution from DIRECTV.
2. Does DIRECTV share the personal information I may give them with Upromise?
No, only transaction data that allows DIRECTV to make your contributions is shared with Upromise. For more information, please read the DIRECTV privacy policy.
3. I am an existing DIRECTV customer. Can I earn the $50 contribution on my current subscription?
If you are an existing DIRECTV customer, you are not eligible to receive a contribution from Upromise on your current subscription.
4. How long does it take for DIRECTV contributions to post to my Upromise account?
Contributions are generally posted to your account within 45 business days after your account number is validated by DIRECTV. This is a general guideline, and in some cases posting of contributions can happen faster or may take more time.
5. When will DIRECTV contributions be funded in my Upromise account?
When payment is received by Upromise from DIRECTV, your contribution will be funded in your account. Contributions will generally move from pending to funded within 45 business days of posting to your account.
