IMPORTANT: To qualify for a Upromise contribution, your referral must be accepted by your selected Real Estate Office. You must submit your information to a participating CENTURY 21® office through the Upromise website and your referral must be accepted BEFORE signing a listing agreement, buyer-agency agreement or sales contract with the real estate office. 1For CENTURY 21, participating offices: The contribution equals 1/3% of the home's sale price assuming an evenly split 6% commission from participating real estate offices. Actual contribution may be higher or lower depending upon the commission and/or commission split associated with a particular transaction. Maximum contribution is $3,000 per purchase or sale. This real estate program is void in AK, AL, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, MT, ND, NJ, OK, OR, TN and wherever else prohibited.
