[2]You will qualify for a $20 Upromise college savings contribution if you are approved for a GoldOption account, use the account to make at least one transaction within 90 days of your account open date, and maintain a balance on your account for at least 90 consecutive days after the initial transaction. Limit one (1) $20 contribution per new account and per customer. Allow 16-18 weeks after qualifying for $20 to be credited to your Upromise account. Contribution sponsored by Upromise.
[3]Upon approval, the issuer will establish your credit line based on creditworthiness. Your actual credit line could be lower than $25,000.
[4]The issuer will set your initial APR between 9.99% and 24.99% based on creditworthiness. The issuer reserves the right to change your APR, fees or other credit terms at its discretion. Additionally, if you fail to pay your minimum monthly payment by its Payment Due Date on any two occasions within 12 consecutive months, the issuer may increase your APR to a Default APR of 27.99%. Repayment term and payment amount are estimates which may change if, for example: the issuer changes your APR, you make late or partial payments, the issuer assesses fees, you enroll in Credit Protection, or you take additional advances. 3% transaction fee on each advance (minimum $5 fee; there is no maximum). Transaction fee is added to the balance and accrues finance charges. Other fees may apply.
[5]You may request additional advances on this account. For each additional advance, the issuer will restart your monthly repayment term and recalculate your monthly payment amount. Borrowing the full amount of your available credit may result in an over-limit fee because fees and finance charges may cause your balance to exceed your credit limit.
