Q. When will I get my savings? And do I need to do anything to get them?
A. You don't need to do anything to get your savings if you've shopped through upromise.com, one of our emails, or used the Upromise TurboSaver. In most cases, you should see your savings appear in your Upromise account within a month.
Q. Why do I have to start at upromise.com? Why can't I just shop with a credit/debit card registered with Upromise?
A. To get college savings, you must click through to a partner site from upromise.com, through our TurboSaver or through one of our emails. That tells the partner that you're a Upromise member and are entitled to college savings.
